During this week in April, 5th grade Student Leaders will be handing out poems to all students as they enter the main lobby area. Each child will receive a different poem each day of the week, so at the end of the week they will have a nice collection. Some teachers may choose to staple these poems together into a booklet at the end of the week. Other teachers may choose additional ways to celebrate poetry during Poetry Month.
