We are excited to welcome Barksdale School Portraits/East Coast Capture for our School Picture Day, scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2026!

Paper flyers have been sent home with students, but you don't have to wait to secure your photos. You can pre-order your picture packages online right now! Click this link to ORDER NOW to reach the storefront ordering site.

What to expect on Picture Day:

• Camera Passes: When an order is placed online, the parent/guardian will receive a camera pass via email. This can be printed out or texted to the student to bring on Picture Day. The photographer will photograph the camera pass along with the student.

• Forgot your pass? If a student is unable to print or bring their camera pass, it is not a problem! The Barksdale/East Coast imaging team will manually match the student to their order in the production process.

• Ordering Deadline: Parents may order from the flyer or online up until 24 hours after Picture Day. 

• Picture Delivery & Proofs: When pictures are returned to the school, all students who purchased photos will receive their prepaid package. Any student who was photographed but did not order a package will receive a "Proof" of their picture.

• Second Chance to Order: All proof packages offer parents a second opportunity to order prints. Please note that these post-Picture Day orders are subject to a shipping and handling cost of up to $8.50 and will be shipped directly to your home.
